An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. bussy888 may apply a monthly dormancy administrative fee of RM10 to dormant accounts, provided the Account holds a positive Balance. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and game contribution rates will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Where a palpable error has occurred, the Company's liability shall be limited to the return of the stake placed. A bet is only considered accepted and valid once a confirmation message or bet reference number has been issued to the Player. bussy888 is not liable for bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity issues on the Player's end.
